It is the responsibility of the those banks working under State Bank of Pakistan to implement on the regulation and law of country with-out any hazels and without awarding any relaxation to any person either its customer and or its employee for the government taxes to be collected at cash counters or deducted from customer accounts.majority of MCB Bank Ltd branches cash counter are looting customer and are collecting excessive on line charges in term of Bank On line Charges+Federal excise-duty on on line charges+WHT if applicable, its means account holder and walk in customer are not familiar and are not able to calculate the actual online charges according prevailing approved booklet named as Schedule of Bank Charges.

consequently, MCB Bank Ltd 1100+ Branches are not accurately /properly collection/recovering Withholding tax as well as federal excise-duty from its account holders and from walk in customer, its mean on daily basis million of Rupees of Tax fraud is committed by MCB Bank ltd, further the banking application Symbols they are using is not working properly, as per MCB Bank policy system do not deduct the cash withdrawal WHT at the end of day around daily at 12.OO am according applicable tax policy of government, if customer has withdrawn whole amount from account and fall under the cash-withdrawal tax and does not have sufficient funds, system skips, due to this MCB bank ltd is depositing inaccurate tax amount to tax authorities. it is most unfortunate that State Bank of Pakistan's on site audit team is notable to report the actual position and make the under table deal with SBP auditors.

Dear Sir,
                This has reference to your letter of charge COCKE/DISP/MISC/172 dated 05th July, 2013 subject matter above captioned, and I am wrongfully indicted with the charge and allegation of “Pocketing of Bank Commission & other Charges”.  Please read my brief and self-explanatory justification orderly for the wrongful single allegation leveled on me and un-necessarily shifted the wrong practise /lack of knowledge/ lack of interest burden of my supervisor on to me being just cashier least in hierarchy of branch management and job description assigned by Bank.

ü  This is for your kind consideration and kind information that, I was posted as cashier (contractual cashier) in Shahra-e-Faisal branch (Branch code 089) located on main shahra-e-Faisal (National Highway) since May 2010 deputed by PES (Outsources employer). It is high customer turn over branch and along with highest walk in customer turn over. These branch was 3 segment branch and fall under top 3 branches of the circle office commercial Karachi- East 5003. Therefore General Manager/ Regional Heads/ Regional Operation Manager/ along with other top bank official visit the branch time to time and write down their comments/ observations and corrective measures to be taken by branch in charge/supervisors in pursuance of Bank policy & procedures and Job descriptions.

ü  I was deputed as cashier to said branch as freshman (Un-experienced) with no banking experience / job experience on my hands. Soon after the deputation I was ordered to seat directly on cash-counter in pursuance’s of directive of then branch manager in consultation with Branch Operation Manager to deal the cash transactions without any basic knowledge of cash department/bank policy and procedure awareness & SOBC’s time to time/ without any guideline for risk aversion and no education was given about SBP clean-notes policy and government tax application/ education of BT/EOC (banking application symbols). No fraud presentation awareness given by said branch supervisors and in charge changed time to time.

ü  Branch Chief cashier/TSS/ BOM/BM/ROM did not educated me time to time, instead they do not have latest information about prevailing bank policy and prevailing SBP guidelines and government tax policy. Unfortunately no new circulars were circulated among staff and do not have signature of branch staff on them. Branch in charge/supervisor were very reluctant to release me on training program and never nominated me to further enhance my skills and knowledge. I verbally requested my immediate supervisor and BOM to nominate my for training program and I wish to excel in bank and looking forwarded for career in banking services and would like to become president. As I was cashier my approach was up to branch officials and they suppressed my energy instead they never become my true mentor.

ü  During my services in branch there was no complain what so ever directly or in directly by customers or by branch supervisors /branch officials against me or my wrong practise if ever any. But I was the helping hand and cooperative with my peers/superiors/boss and I was always verbally appreciated and encouraged and I am very useful resource and effective and efficient employee of bank. In return MCB bank has hired me as OG VI/TSO permanent slot in recognition of devotion and dedication.

ü  Regarding the wrong allegation levelled on me that I have either not taken or taken less commission/charges/CBT/FED/WHT on transfer of funds is totally misfit on me and you have by passed/ignored the bank threshold limits and passing schedule and bank operation under dual control and under supervision of chief cashier/ TSS /BOM/BM and you have shifted their Job description negligence/negligence to deducted the wrong practise if any on spot and to educated the subordinates staff and avert the risk and fraud prevention / their lack of interest in bank job burden on me. i followed the instruction passed to me my immediate boss chief cashier and always handed over my cash /vouchers/deposit slips/etc to him immediately or to TSS for checking /comparison with RB 11 No discrepancy every found by them or they were not aware of current bank policy and procedures and did not read the SOBC’s approved by bank and BOM /BM did not circulated circulars/SBP or Government notification among the staff and did not personally monitored transaction and their authenticity /validation/genuineness and also did not make assured that policy and procedures are being followed strictly to avoid SBP penalty or damage to bank reputation or for upon coming audit trail.

ü  During my posting in branch on several occasion I had performed my duties with seniority and honesty in this regard I would request you to review the branch General ledger of cash found excess and banking adjustment credit heads you will find the entries done by me if cash were found excess and those entries untraceable under intimation to my superiors and never pocketed any single penny.

ü  In pursuance of their Job description assigned by bank it Is the prime responsibility of chief cashier/TSS/BOM to check the working of all departments including commission vouchers are in alignment with bank policy and procedure/SOBC’s/government tax policy/SBP regulations and are accurate with vouchers/are reconciled with postings and then he accepts the batches as approving /authorising/validating final authority. This incident also creates doubts on their responsibilities and it means they were blind/ unaware/do not have education or information of accurate bank SOBC’s and policy according to me they are the real culprit and most negligent bank official who directly affected the bank income by not properly/vigilantly performed their JD and contributed in loss to bank. I would ask the management what audit has observed/examined/investigated during branch annual audit inspection this also creates doubt on their working?.

ü  For your consideration I would request you that, following were my immediate boss and branch superiors posted time to time on shahra-e-faisal branch and never educated me/pointed out my work discrepancy to re-align it with bank policy and procedures/SOBC’s and bank management must enquire the reason /justification for their negligence being in charge/supervisor of branch and bring them to justice also without any discrimination/racism/favouritism/ex bank employee children’s favour and should not be spared.

ü  Further let me assure you, I never pocketed bank commission/CBT/FED/WHT whatever, whenever there is no complain against me since my joining to bank/bank officials and I consider said allegation very offencive/affecting my moral/professional esteem/dignity. I have always performed my assigned JD with love and affection and dedications. All my working RB11 were checked and validated /singed off jointly by chief Cashier/TSS/BOM at the day-end (EOD) and batches were approved by their sole discretion.

Therefore I request your kind authority to review my request on sympathetically ground and above factual position in accordance of bank assigned job description to branch staffs / officials to minimise & avert the risk and educated their subordinate on time as per prevailing bank SOBS’s .Please withdrawn/stand-cancel said wrong misfit allegation from me and let me assure you I will further enhance my skills and will performance in alignment with bank services standards because I am in my initial stage of professional career.

Again this is discrimination and harassment to me by audit & circle authorities. It is crystal clear that circle office bearers are under pressures due to retired family member of involved staff influence to protect their family members name should not appear in audit report. Consequently and purposely in pursuance of predesigned action plan I am reposted at circle office without any assignment and all immediate line manager are still working in branch as usual. This discriminative and racial attitude by circle office and audit team is doing my character assassination and inflected reputation as well as my career victimization at their own, without hearing my verdict, this is the daily routine. I am deprived of my annual leave and circle staffs have doubt on me that I will runway because of circle office fabricated/falls allegation in collaboration of bogus audit team as reported by their Letter no 024-ACS/INV-06/2013 dated 30th Oct, 2013.

I would request state bank of Pakistan /Supreme Court of Pakistan /Federal investigation Agency to order inquiry team to check the mental health and working capabilities of auditor Mr.Ayaz Narayjo and his team leaders.

In my defence, please read under mentioned bullets of false allegation and in its justification my comprehensive reply accordingly and “my statement remain same”. I will not change it at any cost or condition and will not come under any pressure of auditor Mr. Ayaz Narayjo and Audit General Manager Mr. Mustafa who are constantly harassing me and violating my basic right being employee and citizen of Pakistan. Subsequently shifting the negligence burden on me.

§  Charge No 1: You found responsible for utilizing /pocketing of commission amount collected from customer as cutting overwriting on commission amount noted over the deposit slip.
ü  Justification: This is for your kind consideration and record, I was posted as cashier (contractual cashier) in Shahra-e-Faisal branch (Branch code 0892) located on main shahra-e-Faisal (National Highway) since May 2010. I served the bank with full dedication and devotion and performed my assigned job description with complete satisfaction of my line managers.

I was deputed by People Employers Services i.e. Human resource outsources vendor of MCB Bank Ltd. MCB Shahra-e-Faisal branch has highest customer turnover rate of its own/other online branches /walk-in customer. This branch was 3 segment branch and comes under top-3 branches of regions tier. Therefore General Manager/ Regional Heads/ Regional Operation Manager/ Area Head of Operations along with other top bank official visit this branch oftenly during fiscal quarters several times & write down their comments/ observations and corrective measures to be taken by branch incharge/supervisors in pursuance of Bank policy & procedures and Job descriptions on executive register book.

Unfortunately having no future being contractual cashier at MCB bank Ltd. I resigned MCB Bank Ltd on 25th April 2012 and joined Meezan Bank ltd on dated 26th April, 2012 on cadre of Cashier 1, copy of my employment agreement / relieving letter is attached for your ready reference. Annexures 2

Later on Regional Operation Manager south and circle authorities contacted me and persuaded me to rejoin the MCB bank Ltd and I should revoke/cancel my resignation because MCB Bank Ltd needed my satisfied and quality services. Upon constant insistence and promise of better future and appointment on permanent slot I continued my services till reposted to circle office under blame game.

Upon my deputation to MCB Bank Ltd by Third party human resources my employer. No training prior and afterwards given by neither Outsources Employer nor MCB Bank Ltd, purposely exposing me to financial risk and which bank is blaming me rather than my line manager/supervisor who were working and serving the bank with last many years and were well familiar with bank effective current policies.

Following training that should have been given to newly hired/deputed staff into cash should be given to mitigate the risk and financial loss and to avoid SBP penalty.

I completely disagree with your farmed misfit allegations on me; it means bank has doubt on its own deputed staff on said branch and their working quality and performances. This includes Branch Manager whose Job description was to manage the branch legal/business/operational/taxes affairs and balancing of branch general ledgers and then operations head BOM deputed since till date under who administration cash department was working and it was his responsibility to check the quality of his subordinate Teller Services Supervisor that I he accurately implementing effective Bank SoBC and prevailing Government taxes are recovered in compliances. Lastly my immediate supervisor Chief Cashier who was working in Bank Last 15 year and was well familiar with bank polices. If I am not recovering any bank charges or government taxes applicable.

Then I doubt all the cash transaction were blindly checked and all of the named designated staff deliberately exposed the bank to financial risk. These above nominated designated staff where not well aware of bank policy or were less interested in my development. They failed to accept me as successor cahier for bank and did not train me in compliance of bank policy. Please refer to Screen short of JD of TSO appended as Annexure 4

If any deposit slip of Fund Transfer Application Form (SF100R) has cutting and overwriting on it, this is because branch manager /branch operation manager/ Tellers Services Supervisor/ Chief Cashier award and approve charges wavier at their own/independently/mutually, thou I reported this to operation manager and branch manager and resisted few times but branch management suppressed me to continue your assignment, Instead of educating us.

In fact I am the one who complained and inform new TSS to look into this matter why branch line managers are awarding waiver (Customer of MCB TBD/corporate accounts like Burraq Corporation/Muller & Philips etc) .If I was making cheating why my line manager did not take any action against me and did not reported my action to senior management. whereas on routinely SOP they were checking and passing each transaction of my posted voucher under bank dual operation control policy. Either they were not aware of current prevailing bank policies or circle authorities did not take notice that ROM/BM/BOM had enforced the operation policy and SoBC accordingly.  Please refer appended screen short of operation manual Page 137 as Annexure #9

In view of the citied facts and actual position in accordance of bank policy and procedures. I would request your kind authority to please withdraw said bogus false fabricated allegation on me and “please read my do not blame me for the negligence’s of my supervisors with words “act of negligence’s, amounting to Malafide intentions and miss handling on you part during the posting in shahrah-e-faisal (0893) harsh word, without hearing my verdict and giving any chance to prove my innocence. I find these words very offensive and discriminative. There are no credible/genuine evidences neither any connection relation visible against me. that I have received /pocketed/utilized any bank charges/government taxes ever before nor there is any complain or complain by any what so ever customer. If bank is blaming for pocketing /utilizing bank commission or did not recovered bank charges it is the fault of banking application as well as the it is the responsibility of chief cashier/TSS/BOM to check on spot or at day end that charges are not recovered or recovered less. Let me assure you I did not pocketed/utilized any what so ever bank commission. I was working under the supervision of 3 immediate line managers.
I am in consultation with my lawyer and I will file petition against auditor and others who are by passing services decorum due to excessive empowerment, & became personalized to me and for harassing me to give statement according to their desired wish and to accept the crime to save the ass of their loved once. I would request bank top management to take serious action against such negligent line managers who are the major Cause of issue and those auditors who visited the branch several times and done the annual audit inspection with blind eyes and did not pointed-out this kind of matter prior in bank interest.
Therefore, I would request your kind authority to please withdraw/drop said bogus/false allegation charges from me and let me serve the bank with same dedication / devotion and do the justice with me in light of above citied facts and evidences/bank policy/procedures. §  Charge No 2: You are responsible for utilizing/pocketing of several commission amounts which were mentioned over deposit slip/FTA (SF100R) but same were not reflecting in daily commission sheet as well as branch income /advance tax from many online customers.
ü  Justification: I completely & fully disagree with your leveled false charge on me that I had utilized and pocketed several commission amounts mentioned over deposit slip/Fund Transfer Application (SF 100R) but same were not reflecting in daily commission sheet as well as branch income /advance tax from many online customers.

There are no direct credible/substantial evidences available with audit team that I have pocketed /utilized bank commission or government taxes from customers. For your kind consideration this is not possible for any Teller services officer me being under bank dual operational passing & signing schedule under the supervision and observation of chief cashier and Teller services supervisor (incharge of cash department each single activities & transaction). Both of them seat just to me with in 1.5 foot distances. Therefor all the cash vouchers and system entries were minutely checked and compared with RB-11 report in by Teller Services Supervisor at real time and referring it to second level override to Teller Services Supervisor, as per Bank designed JD he is responsible to check the bank SOPs are adhered properly /enforced properly. During my services tenor many TSS came and transferred none of them ever before complained and reported to senior management that I am receiving less bank commission/government taxes on cash transactions. Instead no objection were raised by them due to cutting made by branch manager and operation manager intervention for services charges waivers awarded by them to Branch and Bank corporate TBD/prudent customers.

Being simple cashier I was working and submitting my cash and the vouchers to chief casher and help him to balance the cash department and always extended my cooperation and support to all branch staff. In fact none of my line manager gave me any training and did not dismayed any circular about bank SoBC or current prevailing government taxes. I only do not recover bank commission and online charges upon which branch manager and operation manager allow waivers and same. I was at mistake why not Chief Cashier /TSS/BOM/BM did not reported at day end voucher checking and balancing of cash department.

This allegation on me my you prove that designated line manager are not equipped/skilled do not have any command &control over the cash department its functionality. Subsequently all the entries ever posted under their supervision are not accurate or in accordance of bank policy. It is the responsibility of my line manager to check that bank SOP’s are enforced in their true sprite. Please refer extract from operation manual page 297  for acceptance of GL Batches and for validation.

Further in pursuance of operation manual chapter 2 Procedure for Cash deposit and withdrawal, I followed the SOP as I was informed and guided by my line managers.  In practice I hand over my cash along with my RB-11 reports and voucher to my chief cashier and later on he prepares the GL batches and balance the cash of Receipts & payments (Whole Cash). Whereas during my services tenor i was only managing the friction of cash department that are only receipts and utility bills. Therefore any miss posting and miss leading is done might be on chief cashier side as he prepares the GL of income and expenses vouchers and BOM accept the same batch as per bank policy. Nothing was reported suspicion by them. It was me who reported the incident and they shifted the burden on me.

  • Justification: I completely disagree with leveled bogus allegation and charges on me; there are no direct & credible evidence available with Audit team that I have pocketed or utilized funds. Therefore this false allegation is deliberately and purposely farmed onto me by auditors to pressurize me and to concealing the actual facts from management. MCB Bank Ltd, Fabricated & Bogus Charge sheet propaganda/Allegation that were in contradiction of Audit report
It is clearly visible on the questioned SSGC bill that apparent signature style of received does not have resemblance with my signature style and I did not received said questioned bill thou I was present on said day 30 April 2013, further branch cash received stamp is affixed on questioned bill instead of Utility Bill received stamp should have been affixed in accordance of bank policy. The bills I received were posted accordingly in to UBCS system under kind supervision of my chief cashier and Teller services supervisor. Chief Cashier seat is placed just 1 foot to  mine and Teller Services supervisor is also seating just on my back within 1 foot. Subsequently each and every transaction are under their notice in fact each and every communication made between customer and me are under their notice. Therefore there is no chance that said bill could have been received by me. said might be received by chief casher because during launch my immediate boss chief cashier routinely received the utility bill and due to work load and over sight-ness SSGC stab/scroll might have slipped away. The bills I collected and the bill received by chief cashier were posted into UBCSystem accurately with amount received against the bills.

Let me assure you, I belong to Nobel and respectable famous business family and the said allegation is not in my blood neither cheating/fraud are in my norms. That is why I find these blame and bogus allegation very offensive that I would do the cheating of Rs. 1300/- in public utility bills. Please review my services since hiring in permanent slot and during deputation there is never ever single complain against me and in utility bills I collected during then. I informed my family including my father about the allegation bank has framed on me and my father is in shocked by the attitude of bank officials and poor implementation of government and bank SOP’s.

Infact I was working down the line of hierarchy as simple cashier under dual operation policy and signing and passing scheduled. Please find appended extract as Annexure #

§  Charge No 4: You are maintaining your account at shahra-e-Faisal branch showing turnover of Rs.4.7 Million in last 16 months which is not according to your job reportedly you are doing the business of house hold items which is violation of bank’s code of conduct.


  • Justification: I totally completely absolutely disagree with leveled charges/allegation framed on me these are baseless charges and this allegation is purely assumption of audit team just to divert management attention. To provide actual negligent staff a free escape route.

Account number 0181384541002269 is my current account opened on dated 08th June-2012 for my personal financial need, this account is other than my salary account where I am receiving my monthly salary that is accumulated till month end and then disbursed to me in to nominated account. My questioned account was opened by me with objective to fulfill my financial need with my own bank being customer too.
In my questioned account no 0181384541002269 under title Rizwan Ali Awan maintained at Shahrah-e-Faisal Branch, Karachi my mostly deposit amount received from my father for houses expenses as he is businessmen and usually move back and forth to Punjab to my native village for agricultural land and property rented out to manage the affairs. Being eldest son it is my responsibility and obligation and there is no law that restricts not to receive the financial assistance and cannot deposit or cannot receive from father in accordance of heir’s ship act of Pakistan. If bank has any doubt about the sources of funds for their satisfaction I can arrange those supporting documents in my defence.
Further I did not signed any agreement at them time of account opening with bank to open my account under following terms and obligation , unfortunately if there was any bank policy not to open other then salary account then why bank or CPD opened my said account. Beside accounts are legitimate and official way of payments to keep record and track fraud and cheater don’t maintaining accounts to avoid any financial trail and mostly deals in cash.
I have review many times operation manual theirs is nothing define in it, is support of audit or violation of bank policies neither there is anything defined in Anti frame work 2012 or in KYC & AML booklets. All booklets are quite about this instance therefor this allegation is audit conceived rather than approved bank policy.

Please review my account statement appended for your consideration and review, as I already informed bank and my line managers are also well aware, I belong to province of Punjab and my father owns our ancestral agricultural land as well as he is doing business to support our family even before joining of my in MCB Bank Ltd on contractual and later on permanent position .I am still on probationary period and branch did initiated my services confirmation from HR Lahore. My father fulfills our family financial need and everything belongs to him in Karachi house and business as well. In my father absences being elder son he deposit/award me cash for house maintenance/living expenses/and few payments to vendor to keep the tracking of payments and to have the official record of payments and as evidence to my father I used to deposit cash amount into said account and make the payments being bright true citizen and banker. This is for your kind consideration that payments made to through cheques are traceable/ legitimate/has legal importance. I am not hiding my source of funds, and I cannot withdraw or give-up my right to own those assets tangible or intangible, moveable or immoveable transferred to me due to legal heirship of my parents.
There is nothing suspicious / abnormal/unjustifiable entries, all these entries are logical and does have economical senses and does not comes under AML and I can provide you supporting documents in my defence.

§  Charge No 5: you have refused investigation/Audit to give your written statement to clarify your position on the subject matter which is violation of instruction mentioned in anti-fraud frame work refer Para 4.3.2 page #17.

§  Justification:  I completely disagree with said baseless and attention diverting false charge, that is evidence of audit team poor performance and use of beyond professional code of conduct of MCB Bank Ltd. This show audit team department is in haphazard working position and just following same stereo type built in fabricated charge sheet. In fact this is contradiction please review my above annexuriazed statements and documents, which shows that I am always cooperation and extend full support to bank and its officials whenever where ever possible. Consequently audit team are miss reporting and providing  miss leading  information  that could lead management to wrong decision due to biased auditor mental health his poor capability .
Such compilation of investigation of reports can damage the internal staff and bank brand reputation. These auditor are awarding favor and spare the name of actual negligent staff due to their family member’s undue pressure/ influences. I would request management to please check the mental condition and health of auditor Mr. Ayaz Narayjo and firstly arrange him immediately sycaiteriest help or Counseling. I can sue him in court of law as well as his boss who are working and acting like Federal Investigation Agency officers and can challenge bank for wrong practices by his bank officials violation basic human rights under their nose and utilization of bank premises for abduction and confinement.
For your information and necessary action Mr. Ayaz Narayjo was calling me to come to tower after banking hours. He confined /abducted me against my own will and against my wish in the name of MCB Bank Ltd and constantly violated my human right nothing was served me during late hours. What exploded me was that said mentally ill auditor tortured me to write my confession statement has he was instructing/ordering/dictating me. Later he handed over me piece of paper with points & details mentioned on it. He ordered me to write in my own hand write as written on piece of paper my self-confession statement without consulting with my lawyer and family. Copy of mentally ill auditor hand written confession letter is attached for your ready reference and to take necessary action against him.

Secondly the Para he quoted in Anti-Fraud Framework’s extract is appended for your own ready reference. This is for auditor Mr.Ayaz Narayjo education the Para he was referring is 3.4.2 not 4.3.2, further I you read the appended Para its crystal clearly mentioned that auditor has the free and unrestricted access to all relevant record, its written record not to pressurized Bank staff to give his statement instead of focusing on voucher record and other evidence, he was thinking to smart and was trying to get self-confession of what?

Beside that I already give audit team and as well as circle east ROM Syed Furqan my brief self-exploratory justification and statement in my defence for my innocence. Please refer above already mentioned annexure As Annexures 1B/1C for your kind consideration. Despite that I tried my best to handover my this statement that he purposely refused to take , instead he continued forcing me to submit my handwritten statement as per his direction/desire/wish and he informed that Bank has already decided to terminate my services. How come this auditor knows everything or either he is above then bank policy matter and HR and disciplinary action committee is puppet of bank?



But said mentally ill Auditor Ayaz Narayjo becomes personalized and discriminative with me he made several verbal abusive calls to me. he stated that How can you refuse me I can destroy your life and will defiantly make sure and will prepare such report that bank will kick you out. Is this a Bank or MQM a political party office or Bank has delegated Auditor such powers that he can challenge me to destroy my life?

Therefore, I would request your kind authority to please withdraw/drop said bogus/false allegation charges from me and let me serve the bank with same dedication / devotion and do the justice with me in light of above citied facts and evidences/bank policy/procedures. Let me assure you I am one of your best human resources.

§  Charge No 6: You have pocketed an amount of Rs. 75,689/- on account of commission, FED and advance tax not or less recovered from customers which is financial loss to bank, hence total Rs.83,604/-should be pay.

  • Justification: I completely /fully disagree with said bogus charges leveled on me,  I have proved that is the mistake of system and of my line manager, if this is malpractices in this such big renowned branch of MCB Bank ltd, and mega continues failure of audit team south for betterment of bank policies and structure  is major cause of discomfort among staff. It the responsibility of bank to recover its charges (commission) and upon it applicable FED and WHT taxes accurately on each transaction, it is not possible for branch cashier to calculate and inform customer exactly on cash counter to customer about the charges. I have already told you that shahrah-e-Faisal Branch is located in major business hub of Karachi and said branch has highest customer turnover.

I am not against bank nor against its management , but I am pointing out this major mistakes might be in progress at many different MCB Bank Ltd branches where ROM/RH/GM/audit team did not monitored that either bank polices and government taxes are collected from customer accurately. In this regard I would request your kind authority to please withdraw said baseless allegation from my shoulders and ask the branch supervisor and hold them for this negligence. I will not pay these bogus /fake/fabricated/pocketed by chief cashier/ or charges covered less/or undue wavier awarded by BOM/TSS/BM. I will not pay this amount of Rs. Rs.83,604/- at any cost or at any condition for my halal wages neither my father will pay. I joined bank to earn a respectful living and I was looking for career in this organization, not joined bank to pay/compensate from my own pocket. Therefore humbly requesting & begging/appealing your kind honor that any punishment imposed on me will affect my services quality and will considered injustices and discriminative.
Therefore my appeal and justification should be considered on genuine facts basis and  said fabricated charges sheet on my should be imposed on line managers who are working in bank since last several years with less interest in job and exposing bank to financial risk and reputation loss.
