It is most unfortunate that mian mansha has the sole-power and authority to approve any loan above rupees Ten Million, as in practices he mostly reject loan application of competitor group request for finance. In the election of 2013 mian Nawaz sharif was running its presidential election campaign and finance were provided by mian mansha and his group and both were seen sitting together.

God forbid if some mistake occurred then the multitasking staff is considered as escape goat of others.
3- Unfair employee performance reward policy, MCB Bank Ltd has quota system in term of reward policy to its employee, regional offices are in practice affix fake employee signature on their ACR's (Annual Confidential Report) annual appraisal, those staff who are informer/spy are rewarded most and those employee who make payment/advance to regional staff personal expenses are most appreciated, but soon as any inquire arise regional staff do no support such kind of staff.
4-unfavorable working Condition and Environment, most of branches have LG split air conditioner, these obsolete and non performing air condition brand is purchased under over-price invoicing with involvement of their GSD (General Services Division), because of this 80% of city branches have hot-environment, no proper seating arrangement is available in branches out of date equipment and no proper lights are provided in branches, cash counter are not renovated when they need immediate renovation to cater customer services. Staff does not have proper IT equipment and majority of branch remain off-line and customer are deprived from their own money.
5- No Proper training provided before assign new job/assignment to staff. MCB Bank Ltd has its own staff college but unfortunately these staff college are not providing up-to mark training and supportive material, most experience employee are not called to trained the new staff because most of the staff are notable to speak English fluently and are scared to give training, in fact new appointed employee are not given banking application knowledge properly and they are deputed to branch to learn from branch staff.
Bank Bible is its operations manual, it is the approved mechanize for bank operation approved from state bank of Pakistan to protect the account holder interest. But staff are not taught about the bank operation knowledge, therefore new staff makes mistakes and ends ups in police or FIA inquiry and at last jail custody.
6-Lack of supervisory control, this is very alarming that, such a big bank does not have proper supervisory control over its banking application/enforcement of its SOP's, at branch end staff are sharing password, there is no proper implementation of State Bank of Pakistan clean note policy. Most of the time current saving in charge (Teller Service Supervisor) reject account holder signature and do not pass the cheque in fear and customer has to face difficulties to get their money back, no proper implementation on financial limit or singing and pass schedule (refer to bank operational manual for further clarification).

8- No proper legal support or coverage for staff during inquiry by bank management as well as management restrict other bank staff not guide and support under investigation staff (each mistake done by staff bank consider it fraud without giving any benefit of doubt. staff family is on the mercy of bank official personal favor/discrimination judgment and no job surety afterwards.
9-Lack of interdepartmental coordination specially between head-office/Regional Office and GSD (General Services Division, and the staff deputed at head office and regional office consider themselves "God".
10-Mostly General Managers are from Advances/credited banking segments, past track record proved that only General Manager from Branch operation side were very successful, because staff deputed in operation are in constant in-touch with public (account holders) and staff by this they develop excellent analytically skills, in contradiction General Manager from credit side run the bank affairs as per poor guidance of regional office Assistant/clerks and end in financial crime..
11-No support from Branch Office/Regional officer/ Head officer for staff loans process and approval for staff financial needs, where-as before privatization staff all financial schemes and benefits where stopped by bogus anti staff chairman it is nominated puppet CBA.
12- Continuous decline in staff provident funds profit scheme, before privatization it was 40% p.a now it is 14% , whereas the financial facilities far-less then other major 3 Banks.
13-In case of bank robbery, Branch own staff is arrested upon complain of Muslim Commercial bank Ltd to reclaim for insurance, staff have to face individually police/CIA inquiry where law enforcing make the staff to site outside their room and have to wait in punishment for unbearable hours.

15- Cashier are directly deputed on cash counter without any hands on training that's is why these innocent cashier TSO OG-IV end up in jail after making minor mistakes, this is the responsibility of the Bank to provide proper training to this new joiner where they are surrendering their whole life and education in the fraud bank management who are least bother about them for just Rs. 14,000 to 18,000/month upon complaint of MCB bank Ltd. 17-Branch and Regional staff jointly involved in money making business in the name of repair and maintenance of branch premises/fake outsourcing of work and over pricing of bills are passed according to financial limits in coordination and to facilitate their own financial need, specially in purchase of petrol/diesel for generators/fixture and fittings/furniture/bank stationery/equipment.
18-Useless stationery /IT equipment/ security stationary are provided to branches by company owned by Head officer executive at higher rate than market prevailing rates. Staff deputed at MCB stationary go-down are involve in theft of bank assets which were parked for safe custody. due to out dated equipment's and staff are not familiar with operation of these connection devices, branches remain offline and account holder are deprived from their own money to be withdrawn when they needed most. Because of this many account holders have shifted to other private banks for their financial need.

20-Many outsources companies working for MCB Bank Ltd are owned by Serving Executives in Head office and are looting the bank and its resources, it is direct loss to shareholder and their earning per share/ profits.
21-Unfavorable working condition and environment for female employees most of the time Branch managers or operations manages/others staff sexual harass female coworkers and pressurized female staff for sexual relationships and late sittings.
22- Bank senior management till branch end are mostly involve in illicit liquors/drugs/ prostitution /lobbying in local guest house/farm houses and are affiliated and run any cartel with local businessmen

26-Most of the Branches infrastructures do not have any emergency fire exit for its staff and customers. during the incident of Benazir Bhutto Death suddenly riots erupted in whole Pakistan while this riots were in progress no alert or emails were sent to branch to protect and safe guard the Bank employee trapped in branches, 40 Branch's were burnt and employee were not aware of political & law and order situation out side.

27. House Loan is given to staff after 5 years of services upon markup of 6%, upon completion of impossible documentation formalities and expenditure of thousands of rupees.

Regional Office and branches are in practices and hold the female staff for late hours and there is no certain female working policy in MCB Bank Ltd, neither have any day care center for female staff working in head office/regional offices.
39, Muslim commercial Bank Ltd has highest Case in Banking courts registered by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) against its own staff, it is first bank register its complaint against its own staff to claim the insurance claim. Dish washing staff is very dirty and cleaning the plates with dirty & contaminated water, half of the staff have to wait till other halves of staff finish their lunch so plates and spoon get free to be served, some times staff run and grab the spoon and plates and fight over it, this meal area become was zone. this is actual picture of MCB Bank Canteen located @ 5th floor.
In same MCB Bank Ltd canteen hoodlum/badmash/punter member of workers union CBA are served with high respect and there is separate tables and serving mechanize and the member of workers union and other Top management also take parcel of launch (take away home for their families@ home.

Upon resignation Line manager & regional office do not process the resignation as per Bank TAT of 18 days, instead Line manager/Regional create hurdles and make unnecessary delay and try to frustrate employee not to give resign they try to convert it into disciplinary-action and tries their best to stop/deducted his last salary and end of services benefits.
47.MCB bank Ltd Audit department south, is the gang of killers they are the people who as per bank policy report to chairman only, these audit team members have highest death rates among them, they blackmail staff and come up with their own rules instead of bank policy under the term “practices”. In fact there is no such practice there is only approved law (operations manual) from regulator.

Arshad , Naregjo’s , Musharaf/ Mustafa become mental & physically disturbed , they act and consider themselves FIA (Federal Investigation Agency ) agent, and MCB Bank Ltd is in practice to retain & abducted it is own employee or uncertain period beyond banking hours and force them to write statement in front of them and according to them (to write its own death warrant self-confession) and later they decide at their own against banking law, to trap some innocent employee how does not have resource to overcome their trap.
